Joanne is the library media specialist at Tritt Elementary School (Marietta) in the Cobb County School District. She is a graduate of Georgia State University with a Master’s Degree in Library Media Education, and Nova Southeastern University with a Specialist Degree in Educational Technology Management and Administration. Joanne is a member of the Georgia Library Media Association (GLMA). She has been the recipient of the Cobb County Media Specialist of the year award (2011-12) and the Georgia Exemplary Library Media Program award twice (2009 and 2019). Tritt was the first school to receive Cobb County Library Learning Commons certification in 2019.

Erin Baker Erin serves as the Library Media Specialist at Durham Middle School (Acworth) for ten years. She holds an undergraduate degree in English (1999) and Secondary Education/ English (2000) from Valdosta State University. She completed a master's degree in Education with an emphasis in School Library Media (2009) from the University of West Georgia. Mrs. Baker is a member of the Cobb County Association of Library Media Specialists (CCALMS), the Georgia Library Media Association (GLMA), and the Professional Association of Georgia Educators (PAGE). She also serves on the CCSD Media Leadership Team as well as several committees. She was selected as the Durham's 2017-2018 Teacher of the Year. |
Melissa Zonin Melissa have worked at the high school level for 14 years, a literature teacher for the first six years and now a Library Media Specialist. Aside from teaching, she specializes in instructional technology at both the student and teacher level. During her time at Pope High School, she transitioned the space from a quiet library into a busy Learning Commons utilizing future ready methods and practices to create an environment that caters to the development of our school and community. Melissa received her bachelor's degree (English Education) from Purdue University with a minor in Philosophy (2006) and completed a master's degree with honors from Valdosta State University (2012). |

Heidi Arwood Heidi currently works at a blended-online school in Henry County and look forward to moving into a new math position as a 9th and 12th- grade math teacher. She worked at a blended-online school for the past five years and believe in the blended model. She receive many questions about the blended model and look forward to discussing its advantages and disadvantages for today's students. |
Brittany Arrington Brittany obtained her Bachelor of Science in Biology, with a concentration in education in 2015. In her five years as a science teacher, she taught biology, physical science, earth science, environmental science, and chemistry. Currently, she teaches physical science and environmental science at New Manchester High School. She is working to obtain her master's in Instructional Technology, with the hope of going into instructional coaching. |
Christopher Ellis Christopher is s history teacher. He has been an educator since 2014. He taught World History, World Geography, Economics, AP Human Geography & AP American Government. He is on track to graduate with a master's degree in Instructional Technology at the University of West Georgia this July, and will be continuing his education with a specialist degree in the same field starting in August. |

Lori Quintana Lori Quintana is the school library media specialist at Griffin Middle School in Smyrna, Georgia for the Cobb County School District. She is a graduate of the University of West Georgia with an Education Specialist Degree in School Library Media. Lori is an active member of Georgia Library Media Association (GLMA) and serves as the American Association of School Librarians (AASL) Affiliate chair. Lori has been the recipient of the Smyrna Mayor's Educator Award and has been the recipient of the AASL Inspire Special Events Grant and the Young Adult Library Services Association (YALSA) Summer Reading Grant. |
Hannah Vitale Hannah Vitale is beginning her 8th year in education. She has taught 3rd and 4th grades primarily. She is a Cobb County STEM Teacher Leader and lover of technology. She completed her Master's degree in Instructional Technology from the University of West Georgia and is in the process of finishing her specialist degree in the same field. |
Alison Watson After completing a Technology in Education course her last semester of college, Alison quickly realized she should have gotten an undergraduate degree in education. Over the course of three years, she earned a Master’s Degree in Education from Liberty University in Curriculum and Instruction and completed the GATAPP Certification program at West Ga Resa to become a certified Special Education Teacher - General Curriculum. Although her teaching career is in its infancy having just accepted a position at the same middle school she attended, Alison strives to include technology-based instruction and strategy into her lesson plans to prepare her students for the 21st Century Workforce. |
